We will manufacture using a CNC lathe composite processing machine with new light (UHMW). Considering the characteristics of the material, we will do our best to accommodate requests regarding tolerances and distortions.
At Takimoto Giken Kogyo, we manufacture New Light (UHMW) using NC lathe machining centers. For large quantities and complex processing, we use a combined machining center. In the case of industrial machine-related collets, if clamped with metal, it can scratch the workpiece, so they are sometimes made of plastic resin. Additionally, ultra-high molecular polyethylene (HHMW, Tybar, New Light, Ulmolar) is a material that excels in wear resistance and is relatively soft among resins, leaving marks when pressed hard with nails.
